Sled Reduction Additive SCONA 12031 N

Additive to reduce warping caused by pigments and colorants.

【Warp Reduction Additive SCONA 12031 N】 ✓ A dispersant that enhances the dispersion of organic pigments and suppresses warping caused by pigments. Pigments tend to promote warping in molded products due to the orientation and uneven distribution of PE crystals, but this additive helps to suppress that warping. ✓ Compatibilizer Improves the compatibility of PE with polar polymers such as PA and EVA, enhancing the dispersion of polar polymers within PE. ✓ Coupling agent Functions as a bonding agent between PE and fibers such as wood and glass.

LAPONITE-RD contributes to the improvement of lithium-ion battery performance.

By combining CMC in an aqueous slurry, it is effective for improving the peeling strength of copper foil and adjusting viscosity.

When LAPONITE-RD, a synthetic layered silicate, is used in combination with polymer thickening agents, electrostatic interactions occur between oppositely charged regions of the molecules of polymer co-thickening agents such as carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC). This synergistic effect from the binding mechanism enables the formulation of highly stable aqueous electrode slurries. *For more detailed information, please refer to the PDF document. Feel free to contact us for further inquiries.*

【BYK-3765】Surface additive for solvent-based paints and thermosetting resins.

Silicone-containing surface additives for solvent-based paints and thermosetting resins. Effective for improving the wettability of substrates, preventing beading, and enhancing surface slip properties.

For Coatings This is a very effective silicone additive that significantly reduces the surface tension of coatings and is highly effective on substrates that are difficult to wet. It improves the acceptability of dust and spray mist and enhances the surface slip. It reduces the impact of air drafts on wood and furniture coatings and promotes the orientation of matting agents. For Thermosetting Resins BYK-3765 is a highly effective silicone additive that powerfully lowers surface tension and improves the wettability of essential substrates. In pigment systems, it can prevent the formation of Benard cells and improve leveling properties.

HAA series wax additive for powder coatings - improved degassing properties

Wax additives that significantly improve degassing properties in primid-based powder coatings: CERAFLOUR 960, 964 (amide wax type)

[CERAFLOUR 960] and [CERAFLOUR 964] are effective in improving degassing properties in primid-based powder coatings. In particular, [CERAFLOUR 964] enhances degassing without adversely affecting gloss (non-bl blooming). This additive is highly suitable for high-gloss powder coatings and is especially ideal for dark-colored applications where visible surface defects are likely to occur. Its low melting point also makes it optimal for low-temperature curing systems (LT systems).
