ZeDry/VOC is a high-capacity, solvent-free, thermosetting dispenser-type getter for moisture and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It is designed for semi-hermetic packages of optoelectronic devices, microelectronics device packages, and optical/electronic modules. ZeDry/VOC functions as a reversible getter for moisture and VOCs (such as methyl ethyl ketone and toluene), allowing for the recovery of adsorption capacity through heating even after saturation due to atmospheric exposure. SAES's lineup of coating-type moisture-absorbing agents

We would like to introduce our lineup of moisture-absorbing agents for electronic device packaging.

In our surroundings, various electronic devices are used in many fields. With the expansion of applications, there is a growing demand for further miniaturization, environmental resistance, and high reliability, leading to an increase in applications that require advanced technologies such as vacuum or gas replacement hermetic packages and semi-hermetic packages using permeable seals or case materials. Consequently, the demand for gas management within these packages is also on the rise. SAES's coating-type moisture adsorbent is a liquid getter material that incorporates inorganic moisture getters into organic substrates such as epoxy, silicone, and acrylic. By selectively adsorbing moisture, it maintains the long-term reliability of devices. It is suitable for semi-hermetic packages that do not require vacuum packaging. Additionally, flexible materials can also accommodate sealing for flexible displays and other applications.
