Rail-to-rail operational amplifier achieving maximum efficiency at 180MHz with 1mA.

The LTC6246/LTC6247/LTC6248 achieves a gain bandwidth of 180MHz and a slew rate of 90V/μs using a power-efficient SiGe process, while keeping the maximum supply current to just 1mA per amplifier. These single, dual, and quad operational amplifiers feature rail-to-rail input and output as well as a wideband noise of 4.2nV/√Hz. The LTC6246/LTC6247/LTC6248 are designed to achieve the highest speed and maximum power efficiency possible for rail-to-rail amplifiers without degrading DC characteristics. The input offset voltage is specified at a maximum of 500μV, and the open-loop gain is 45V/mV.
