We would like to introduce "Flow Analysis and Powder Analysis (CAE)" conducted by Maeda Mold Co., Ltd. Using analysis software, we simulate the behavior of products during the molding process. Through this analysis, we can identify issues such as filling density and areas prone to air entrapment before creating the mold, allowing us to design the mold with these considerations in mind. 【Analysis Procedure】 1.
