This document introduces the establishment of an automatic measurement method for analyzing food nutritional components in soy sauce using the "NIR Nutrition Analyzer." We conducted a study on the measurement of food nutritional components such as "calories," "protein," "fat," "carbohydrates," and "sodium equivalent."
