With high-precision temperature control and a wide temperature range (from room temperature +15°C to 300°C), it is suitable for annealing super engineering plastics such as "fluororesin," "PEEK," and "Ceralon," which require high-precision processing technology. We provide annealing treatment, processing, and resin drying at temperatures tailored to the characteristics of the resin. By performing annealing treatment in the post-processing of molded products, it effectively reduces stress cracks and removes stress from the molded products.

Trial and error with materials of poor dimensional accuracy. Continuing to challenge without giving up, solving problems.

We received a request for product processing using PET from a medical device manufacturer, and we would like to introduce a case study we conducted. Initially, we attempted processing with annealing treatment at a general temperature, but the dimensions shifted after processing, and we could not achieve a dimensional accuracy within ±0.01mm, leading us to almost give up on this project. However, after researching various literature and repeatedly testing different conditions, we finally discovered annealing treatment at a temperature close to the melting point, which is far from the general temperature, as well as the heating rate, annealing temperature duration, and cooling rate. [Case Overview] ■ Request Details - Processing of products made from PET with poor dimensional accuracy after processing ■ Results - We were able to find annealing conditions that sufficiently satisfied dimensional accuracy within ±0.01mm. *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

AMK Co., Ltd. is a company that handles industrial far-infrared heaters, heating devices, and drying equipment. Plastic molded products such as toner cases, PC parts, and headlamp housings are produced by pouring heated resin into molds and removing them after cooling to a certain extent. During this process, temperature differences occur in the plastic due to the position inside the mold, leading to distortion. This causes various physical property declines, such as dimensional changes, crystallization, and deterioration of weather resistance. Reheating to eliminate distortion is referred to as annealing treatment. This process requires precise temperature distribution and accurate temperature control, making it a field where far-infrared heating excels.
