An app has been launched to monitor the safety of welfare facility staff.

Watching over the safety of welfare facility staff

Year by year, the shortage of staff in welfare workplaces and the night shift system are becoming more serious, leading to a normalization of "one-person response" among staff. Additionally, there are challenges such as: - Accidents occurring during movement or while temporarily in a different room - Difficulties in emergency responses due to language barriers with foreign staff - Increased anxiety and psychological stress among staff To address these issues, we have developed a simple safety support app that can automatically report incidents, even unintentionally. What is SOS Messenger? - Installed on smartphones, it detects shocks and falls using a gyroscope sensor. - Information is transmitted to the smartphones of the group using SOS Messenger. - Manual reporting (pressing the SOS button) is also possible. - The sender's name and location (GPS information, date and time) can be shared with all team members. - Monitoring is also possible on computers in the management office, and records can be used as work accident reports.
