Technical Data: Functional Material Dispersion by Nanovate

High functionality and transparency technology for films! An explanation of functional material dispersion using Nanovate.

This document contains information about the dispersion of functional materials using the ultra-high pressure wet-type micronization device "NanoVator." There are various materials related to films, such as fillers, conductive materials, and insulating materials. However, as high-performance films increasingly utilize high-performance materials, it becomes important to leverage the characteristics (performance) of these materials. [Contents] - Dispersion of hydrophobic silica - Adjustment of 55% natural graphite water-based paste - CNT dispersion and changes in resistance - Characteristics of NanoVator dispersion *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Nano Maker (Wet Jet Mill) Ultra-High Pressure Wet Dispersion/Micronization Device

Due to being media-less, it is ideal for electronic materials, new materials, cosmetics, and pharmaceuticals that are sensitive to contamination, as well as for nano-dispersion! Sample tests are also currently being conducted.

We will exhibit at nano tech 2015. By passing a mixed fluid of "liquid + liquid" or "solid + liquid" through fine pores formed by a high-pressure pump with a special structure and a pressurized diamond disk, we create fine nanoparticles through localized high-impact forces generated by cavitation and various energy effects.

Nano Maker (Wet Jet Mill) Ultra High Pressure Wet Dispersion/Micronization Device

Case studies & catalog available! Wet ultra-high pressure cavitation mill capable of uniform nano-dispersion.

We are currently offering a catalog of case studies on wet-type ultra-high-pressure cavitation mills. The effects of cavitation generated by ultra-high-pressure pumps enable contamination-free nano-dispersion. The case studies are filled with applications of nano-slurries, including ceramics, carbon nanotubes, and nano-coating technologies. 【Features】 - Stable mixing, emulsification, and dispersion that prevent sedimentation and separation for extended periods. - Increased specific surface area and activation of particle surfaces improve reactivity, adsorption, and digestion/absorption rates. - A sharp particle size distribution enhances the effective use of expensive materials, reduces costs, and improves the yield of required ultrafine particles. *We are also conducting sample tests, so please feel free to consult with us.

Nanodispersion Technology: "High-Pressure Wet Cavitation Explanation Document"

Nanomaterialization of cosmetic ingredients in a short time. High-precision nanodispersion, defibrillation, and delamination with accurate pressure control.

Our company offers products equipped with the nano-dispersion technology "Ultra High-Pressure Wet Cavitation," suitable for cosmetic materials that require uniform nano-particles. We are currently providing materials that explain this nano-dispersion technology. By utilizing the shock force generated when bubbles collapse, it is possible to efficiently create high-quality nano-particles. This technology can be applied not only to cosmetic materials such as titanium oxide, iron oxide, cellulose nanofibers, and boron nitride but also to the following types of materials: 【Examples of Materials】 ◎ Metal materials ◎ Magnetic materials ◎ Ceramics ◎ Oxides ◎ Fibers ◎ Carbon materials ◎ Pharmaceuticals ◎ Food ◎ Optical materials … and more *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us with any inquiries.

Nano-micronization device

Newly developed micro-particle technology (droplet collision method)

The "G-smasher," a disintegration device using the droplet collision method, employs a Laval nozzle to generate a supersonic air jet and supplies a slurry into the nozzle. The slurry supplied into the nozzle is atomized and accelerated by the adiabatic expansion of compressed air, colliding at high speed with a collision plate. Traditionally, jet mills utilizing Laval nozzles have been widely used for dry grinding, but the particle ejection speed was limited to subsonic (100-200 m/s). In this method, by suppressing the generation of shock waves at the slurry supply section within the nozzle and exploring a stable supply method for the slurry, it became possible to atomize the slurry within the nozzle and accelerate it up to supersonic speeds (360 m/s). Furthermore, since this method supplies the slurry to the air jet for grinding without media, it can reduce contamination caused by wear of seals and media. Additionally, the droplets supplied inside the nozzle are accelerated and simultaneously cooled by the adiabatic expansion of air, which helps to suppress the heat generated during grinding, eliminating the need for a cooling unit.

Nano fine particle generation device "G-smasher" using droplet collision method!

Newly developed micro-particle technology "Droplet Collision Method"! Acceleration up to supersonic speeds (360 m/s) is possible!

The "G-smasher," a crushing device using the droplet collision method, employs a Laval nozzle to generate a supersonic air jet and is capable of supplying slurry into the nozzle. The slurry supplied into the nozzle is atomized and accelerated by the adiabatic expansion of compressed air, colliding at high speed with the impact plate. Traditionally, jet mills utilizing Laval nozzles have been widely used for dry grinding, but the particle injection speed has remained subsonic (100-200 m/s). In this method, by suppressing the generation of shock waves at the slurry supply section within the nozzle and exploring a stable supply method for the slurry, it enables the atomization of the slurry within the nozzle and acceleration up to supersonic speeds (360 m/s). 【Features】 ● Strong Crushing Power The atomized slurry collides with the impact plate at supersonic speeds, providing powerful crushing capability. It can grind down to a finer particle size than air jet mills. ● No Damage The strong shock wave is applied to the droplets in a short time, resulting in minimal damage to the particles. ● No Contamination Since no media is used and there are no high-pressure sealing parts (which wear out), the occurrence of contamination is extremely low.

Media-less wet high-pressure atomization device "Systemizer M (medium-sized machine)"

A must-see for researchers aiming for uniformity and stabilization of insoluble substances and coarse particles! Anyone can easily prototype nanoparticles! *Demo machines available for loan and free test trials currently underway.

For researchers and developers involved in nanotechnology, the uniformity and stabilization of insoluble substances and particles is one of the challenges. When materials are reduced to the molecular level, their properties change. This change in material properties holds the potential to achieve what was once considered "an extremely difficult task." In the near future, technologies that were once part of science fiction, such as AI, blockchain, IoT, cloud computing, 5G, autonomous driving, and 3D printing, are becoming a reality. Innovation is accelerating across all fields, including electronic components, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, new materials, and chemical products. At the same time, there is growing attention on achieving a "sustainable" society, including clean energy and carbon neutrality. Behind this innovation lies the wisdom passed down from predecessors and the tireless efforts of researchers and developers currently striving for progress. The Systemizer Mini serves as an assistant for researchers and developers in their immense trial and error process. *For more details, please refer to the catalog.
