In addition to the regular shoulder drop bags, we have narrowed the bottom using a specialized blade and added slits, allowing even thick items to be neatly accommodated. To cut the bottom, a straight blade is inefficient, so we created a specialized blade. We will introduce examples of bags with tape on the header, which are different from ordinary header bags.♪

The header bags we are introducing this time are a bit different from the usual ones, designed to meet customer requests. The customer expressed a desire to "insert an original backing sheet printed after bagging, rather than placing a core in the header during the bag-making process." Typically, a white or transparent header core is inserted to complete the header during the bag-making process (see Photo 1). However, this time, instead of using a standard header core, we created a flap that allows the original backing sheet to be inserted during the product packing process, and secured it with tape, resulting in a bag that can accommodate the backing sheet (see Photo 2). Photo 3 shows the bag after the backing sheet has been inserted. With the tape in place, there is no worry about the backing sheet falling out. Since this is a post-bagging operation, you can insert any type of backing sheet you prefer. Additionally, we made sure to discuss the backing sheet size and other details in advance to ensure there were no discrepancies in size or hole placement. The customer was very pleased with the result.

Solving the problem of tilting that occurs when hanging products!

As for the design of OPP bags, there are many customers who request punch holes. The purposes vary, such as holes for displaying products in stores or for attaching to PET bottles for promotional use. This time, we would like to introduce a bag that solves the problem of products tilting when hung for display. Typically, punch holes are often made in the center, but this time we have positioned the hole off to one side. The location of the hole can be precisely determined through proper discussions regarding the dimensions on all sides. However, as it stands, the products can still move within the bag, and the tilting issue remains unresolved. To address this, we utilize partition seals. By applying the partition seal on the opposite side of the punch hole, we can prevent the products from moving significantly within the bag, and by placing the products on the side with the punch hole, we can also prevent tilting. For customers, it is very important to showcase the appeal of the products effectively. Our company aims to provide proposals and bags that meet such customer needs!

【Case Study of Partner's Bag Production】Successfully solved the customer's problem with 【Seal Reinforcement】!

We addressed the weaknesses of the laminate processing by reinforcing the sides with seal support.

The lamination process involves bonding OPP film and CPP film together. It is common to use OPP film on the outside for good ink adhesion and high moisture resistance, and CPP film on the inside for excellent heat sealability and abrasion resistance. The customer this time also requested OPCP laminated bags. However, we heard that when they previously had bags made, the seal strength was weak, and the sides of the bag's opening were very prone to tearing. The reason for this is that during the lamination process, slight differences in the tension applied by the machine when bonding the films and the way the adhesive adheres can create minor variations in adhesion. This can lead to the edges opening when the film is placed on the bag-making machine, resulting in issues with proper fusion of the sides. To address this problem, we utilized a "reinforcement seal." When applying the reinforcement seal, we took care to ensure that: - The temperature was not too high to prevent deformation of the bag. - The marks left by the reinforcement on the bag were minimized. To consider these two points, we made sure to manage the temperature during the process. The issue was successfully resolved, and the customer was satisfied!
