The header bags we are introducing this time are a bit different from the usual ones, designed to meet customer requests. The customer expressed a desire to "insert an original backing sheet printed after bagging, rather than placing a core in the header during the bag-making process." Typically, a white or transparent header core is inserted to complete the header during the bag-making process (see Photo 1). However, this time, instead of using a standard header core, we created a flap that allows the original backing sheet to be inserted during the product packing process, and secured it with tape, resulting in a bag that can accommodate the backing sheet (see Photo 2). Photo 3 shows the bag after the backing sheet has been inserted. With the tape in place, there is no worry about the backing sheet falling out. Since this is a post-bagging operation, you can insert any type of backing sheet you prefer. Additionally, we made sure to discuss the backing sheet size and other details in advance to ensure there were no discrepancies in size or hole placement. The customer was very pleased with the result.

As for the design of OPP bags, there are many customers who request punch holes. The purposes vary, such as holes for displaying products in stores or for attaching to PET bottles for promotional use. This time, we would like to introduce a bag that solves the problem of products tilting when hung for display. Typically, punch holes are often made in the center, but this time we have positioned the hole off to one side. The location of the hole can be precisely determined through proper discussions regarding the dimensions on all sides. However, as it stands, the products can still move within the bag, and the tilting issue remains unresolved. To address this, we utilize partition seals. By applying the partition seal on the opposite side of the punch hole, we can prevent the products from moving significantly within the bag, and by placing the products on the side with the punch hole, we can also prevent tilting.
