We received a request stating, 'I want to include thicker items. Until now, we have been using regular shoulder drop header bags, which are fine for the top, but the tape part doesn't adhere well, making it inefficient, so I would like you to do something about it.' In addition to the regular shoulder drop bags, we have narrowed the bottom using a specialized blade and added slits, allowing even thick items to be neatly accommodated. To cut the bottom, a straight blade is inefficient, so we created a specialized blade. Here is a case study for Mr. T in Kyoto. Large-sized aluminum vapor-deposited films are very prone to wrinkling, and when side seal processing is performed, the conditions become even more likely to cause wrinkles. However, there was a request to somehow create bags without wrinkles. Even with similar machines, it is possible to reduce wrinkling by changing the way they are used. Additionally, the condition of the film can also affect the outcome, so by being careful from the earlier stages of the process, we were able to produce bags without wrinkles.
