This is an inner bag for explosion-proof specification flexible containers. It is too late once an explosion occurs. It is widely used as a measure against dust explosions.
Packaging materials specialized for powders are optimal for pharmaceutical intermediates. Since it uses a polymer-type non-static resin, there is no concern about the migration of antistatic agents. It has low humidity dependence, and the decay time is extremely short, maintaining a stable resistance value. The electrostatic charge voltage decays from 5000V to 50V in less than 1 second. It complies with international standard IEC 61340-4-4 L2 (SWISSSI Process Safety GmbH) and is compatible with 2010 JIS C 61340-4-4. Products are made only from FDA-compliant raw materials, and various food-grade FIBC inner bag standards have been obtained.
