System "Onboard Electronic Scale Pirika"
Accurately measure weight during navigation! It is also equipped with a tare function, making it possible to weigh powdered samples.
The "Shipboard Electronic Balance Pirika" is a system that uses two electronic balances to compensate for motion in a location with swaying, such as on a ship, and provides weighing output with milligram or microgram precision. A calibration curve is created in advance using standard weights for the weighing range. When weighing a sample, the difference in output values between the reference balance and the weighing balance is applied to the calibration curve to calculate the weighing value. Since the balance output values fluctuate during swaying, convergence conditions are set to determine the weighing value. 【Functions】 ■ Calibration Software (EdtClb) - Creates a calibration curve to cancel out the swaying of the hull based on the difference in output voltage between the reference balance and the weighing balance, and outputs it as a file. - The range of the calibration curve and the reference weighing points can be set arbitrarily. ■ Weighing Software (ShipBoard) - Based on the calibration curve file, calculates the weighing value from the difference in output voltage between the reference balance and the weighing balance, and outputs it. - Displays the output status of weighing data in real-time graph format. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
