We have a track record of delivering not only smooth shapes but also items with slight protrusions. Depending on the product shape, we can adjust the width of the belt conveyor, processing quantity, and finishing state to modify the transport speed. Since it is a belt conveyor system, the finishing on the back side will require a two-pass process by inverting the item. However, by configuring two machines with an inverter in between and arranging the layout accordingly, automatic front-side processing is possible. As long as it is within the load capacity and effective dimensions, continuous processing is feasible, and there is no concern about dents between products.

A shortcut to cost reduction!!
The shot blasting method introduced this time is a dry type, making it easy and safe to operate. Additionally, due to its compact design and short processing time, it significantly reduces the cost of surface preparation and improves quality (Class 1 cleanliness). The blasting method involves multiple upper and lower rotors projecting the material, and it is a fully automatic cycle where the workpiece is suspended from a crane for processing. The crane types HDF and SHF are available in a series.

Material processing with shot blasting, air blasting, and sand blasting can easily accommodate not only the entire large material but also processing of limited areas and on-site work.
