We will perform machining (milling) using unilate. Considering the characteristics of the material, we will do our best to accommodate requests regarding tolerances and distortions.

At Takimoto Giken Kogyo, we perform machining (milling) on Unilate for cutting processes. The processed products are used in jigs and have somewhat complex shapes. Additionally, jig parts for automotive applications often require precise and quick assembly and measurement on-site, resulting in many products designed for a clean workspace, including those that require fitting to actual parts. Unilate is a glass-filled material, but it has better tolerance, distortion, and warping characteristics compared to other glass-filled materials, making it easier to process. Although it is slightly more expensive in terms of material cost, it is used in areas where strength is required.
