Business Activities
★ Non-Ferrous Metal Material Sales We primarily sell aluminum sheets and round materials. As a distributor of Hakudo Co., Ltd., we focus on sales in Ota Ward, Tokyo. We also have our own delivery service, allowing for same-day orders and deliveries for nearby companies. - Product Range Aluminum, stainless steel, brass, copper, and resin (including non-JIS products like AMS materials) ★ Machining Center Cutting Processing Division - Features We have three factory locations and own 30 machining centers. With our own material sales division, we can respond quickly. Our biggest feature is that we perform unmanned processing 24 hours a day. Using 5-axis machines for unmanned processing allows us to achieve cost performance for multi-surface machining and complex-shaped mass production parts. - Quantity We support single items and prototype development starting from one piece, and we are capable of medium-scale production processing of up to 5,000 pieces per month. - Materials Aluminum, stainless steel, iron, brass, copper, etc. (castings are not accepted) We cannot accommodate materials classified as difficult-to-cut. - Size We can handle lengths of up to 3000 mm. We also have a Φ1000 simultaneous 5-axis machining machine.
