The "near-field measurement" antenna coupler can be used in close proximity to the measurement object, enabling a space-saving OTA (Over The Air) testing environment from research and development to manufacturing. Introduction of a small shield box for mass production of 5G devices / shield box for protocol testing.
The "5G Equipment Evaluation Shield Box" has been miniaturized to its limit size thanks to our developed compact 5G small antenna coupler, enabling testing of 5G terminal devices in a compact form factor. It can accommodate various tests such as power, spurious emissions, EVM, protocol, MIMO, beamforming, and handover. Additionally, it supports frequencies from 24GHz to 43.5GHz. This is a shield box (FS-2310) that maximizes the performance of our antenna coupler, characterized by near-field measurement, and is specialized for MIMO OTA testing of LTE/5G NR devices. It easily enables MIMO testing in OTA for LTE, SUB6 (FR1), and millimeter wave (FR2) bands. Additionally, it can accommodate up to two dedicated cooling fans inside to ensure that devices can withstand continuous long-duration testing at maximum transfer speeds. Our third-generation compact shield box supports MIMO testing for LTE/5G NR devices in a compact size. With our small antenna coupler, it is possible to easily conduct maximum transfer speed tests during MIMO connections within an impressively compact shield box with a maximum side length of 630mm. It also supports carrier aggregation (CA). The shield box covers a shielding frequency range from 600 MHz to 100 GHz, ensuring a cutoff attenuation of 60 dB. It is designed to allow testing of devices that support not only LTE, FR1, and FR2 bands but also the new communication specification, FR3 band, simply by swapping the antenna coupler.

The internal structure is a flat resin table, allowing for the measurement of radio waves from various devices such as mobile phones, game consoles, and tablets with just one unit. Unlike other shield boxes, it ensures an attenuation of over 80 dB.
Arradiance's tabletop ALD device can be equipped with a plasma unit despite being a tabletop model, and it is capable of film deposition not only for oxide films but also for nitrides, Pt, and Ru.
Despite being a compact tabletop ALD device, it enables atomic-level layer deposition. There is also a PEALD device equipped with a plasma unit. It can deposit on structures with a diameter of up to 200mm and a height of 25mm, as well as on carbon nanotubes (CNT) and graphene. In addition to oxide films, it also supports the deposition of nitrides and metals such as Pt and Ru. It features a 300W air-cooled direct ICP plasma head with four mass flow controlled plasma and gas inputs, and a reactor temperature adjustable up to 300°C. It includes a material supply pressurization assist function for low vapor pressure applications. The sample stage can accommodate substrates up to 200mm in diameter, and a 450°C heated stage is also available. The Arradiance GEMFlow software is user-friendly and allows for easy creation of deposition recipes. It controls all major operational parameters, including temperature, gas flow, high-speed ALD valves, RF power, and vacuum isolation. A diagnostic system and logs enable tracking of all system parameters during operation. Regarding RGIP (Reactor Gas Injection Protocol), it is equipped with a gas port monitoring interlock function.
