Nichicon's low-voltage power factor correction capacitors are dry type, housed in a resin case, equipped with safety mechanisms, and have high reliability. They can be easily mounted on a DIN rail with a one-touch installation (for DIN rail width of 35mm). Additionally, they can also be installed with a one-touch mechanism when using a common mounting adapter. Installation can be done from either the back or the bottom. The exterior has a good insulation structure, eliminating concerns about electric shock, and grounding work is not required. Due to their compact design, when mounted from the back, the installation space can be reduced by approximately 50% compared to conventional products. The width dimensions are equivalent to or less than those of the accompanying MCB and MC, allowing for effective use of panel space. The connection terminals are designed to accommodate both solid and stranded wires with crimp terminal connections. Since the capacitors can be mounted closely together, if used in a cluster, the installation space can be minimized.
