Made by Italian company FRAMAX. It performs three functions: rinsing, filling, and capping, all in one modular block.
Capacity (for mineral water): 5500 bottles/hour (500ml PET), 2400 bottles/hour (2L PET) The fully enclosed roofed safety cabin is equipped with a HEPA filter. Stainless steel control panel with Japanese display touch panel. 16-arm rotary rinsing machine: 180-degree inversion. Capable of using hot water and ozone water. Optional features include double treatment, external washing, and extended nozzle. No bottle, no spray. 16-valve rotary filler: Equipped with dummy bottles for CIP. Gravity method, counter-pressure method, magnetic flow meter method, etc. 3-head rotary capper: UV sterilization lamp in the cap chute. Unit manufactured by Arol. Plastic screw caps, ROPP, corks, crowns, etc.
