- The product on the conveyor is cut out and positioned using a side belt conveyor, and then capped from above with an air cylinder while in a stopped state, allowing for capping even with pointed inner caps without crushing the tip.
- During new product launches or when switching varieties, immediate adjustments can be made by changing the height of the capping head and the width of the side belt.
- The capping head and side belt conveyor are set on a compact self-standing frame, allowing it to be easily moved to the desired location on casters and installed between upstream and downstream conveyors for immediate capping operations.

- The upper belt, which rotates at the same speed as the conveyed products, gradually applies pressure for capping, making it highly effective for capping inner and outer caps of wide-mouth bottles where air can easily get trapped and cause back pressure.
- During new product launches or when switching varieties, immediate adjustments can be made by simply changing the height of the capping belt.
- A support bracket for the conveyor is standardly equipped on the compact self-standing frame, allowing it to be used even with weaker conveyors.
- It can be easily moved to the desired location using movable casters.
