We would like to introduce a case study of cleaning transactions with Company A in Saitama Prefecture. Before the transaction, the cleaning operations were conducted in-house. Company K manufactures cutting parts for automobiles. They had already purchased and operated a hydrocarbon cleaning machine 15 years ago, but due to increasing malfunctions, they were considering an upgrade. It was decided to stick with a hydrocarbon-based cleaning machine, but there was a desire to introduce something better than the current machine. Thus, they introduced our "CLEANVY." With its unique pump system, solvent consumption was reduced by half, and maintenance costs were eliminated. Additionally, running costs were also halved, successfully reducing manufacturing costs.
