Fluororesin coating
It has excellent heat resistance, corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, and insulation properties. Additionally, it has a high non-stick property that prevents most substances from adhering. It is commonly referred to as Teflon coating. Neodymium magnets are often nickel-plated as a base. Our company offers two types of fluoropolymer coatings (PTFE and PFA).
Epoxy coat
It has high hardness and excellent corrosion resistance and adhesion. It is also used for surface treatment of general industrial products (such as bolts, nuts, and washers). Neodymium magnets are very prone to rust, so they may be coated with nickel plating as a base.
Nylon coat
It is suitable for rust-prone neodymium magnets due to its excellent corrosion resistance. Additionally, it is suitable for brittle ferrite magnets because of its high impact resistance. It can be treated in various colors and is used for a wide range of applications.
