They wanted to resolve the issue of unstable production due to adhesion to the extrusion mold. ■Background for Coating Adoption Initially, the adhesion was so severe that it was impossible to form the product, but after adopting our surface treatment, they were able to prevent adhesion to a degree that allowed production. However, during continued mass production, it was discovered that defects due to the adhesion of eye mucus occurred after about a month of use. ■Selected Surface Treatment 'MRS Coating MRS-102' ■Selection Process and Effects To further address the defects, we proposed MRS-102.
