"FloroSurf FG-5093" is a mold release agent made by dissolving a special fluororesin in a non-flammable fluorinated solvent. By applying it to the mold with a brush or spray and allowing it to dry at room temperature for about 10 minutes, the adhesion of the molding resin to the surface is reduced, demonstrating excellent release properties. It is particularly effective in situations where conventional release agents do not work well. The film is at the nanometer level, allowing for accurate reproduction even on complex and precise surface shapes. It has excellent durability, with a proven track record of continuous release for thousands of shots, and reapplication with a brush or spray can restore its performance.
