[Case Study] Strengthening Environmental Monitoring! Improving Efficiency of Factory Wastewater and Patrol Inspections!

No wiring work is needed between the site and the office for data collection, visualization, and notifications via wireless technology!

The customer was conducting patrol inspections of the pH meter located at the factory wastewater measurement site twice a day, in the morning and evening. However, with a decrease in factory personnel, there was a growing demand for the automation of patrol inspections. In order to automate this process, the customer expressed a desire to monitor pH measurement values in real-time and to automate the recording of flow rates as well. In response, our company proposed the "LoRa wireless device." With this system configuration, we were able to achieve both "data collection and visualization via an IoT gateway at the main office" and "visualization with a bar graph meter (FDG) and abnormal notifications at the site office" within a single system, thus resolving the customer's issues.
