You can easily read the QR code on the work instruction sheet with one hand, and then take photos of processing defects with one hand as well, making it easy to operate using a smartphone's features.

The Android app "Sakutto Scan" and the higher-level Windows app system (Sakutto Process Series, Prevision) operate by sharing a database and can collaborate with real-time access to each other.

By storing images and videos on an Android smartphone, when a repeat order for the same item number comes in, previous photos and videos of defects can be displayed on the Android smartphone before starting the work, preventing the recurrence of previous defects. This enables the prevention of reoccurrence and improves operational efficiency.

The operating procedure involves scanning the two-dimensional code on the work instruction. If there are any defects during work interruption or completion, take photos or videos using a smartphone camera. After capturing, tap the upload button to store them on the Windows Server. The next time an order for the same item number comes in, when starting the work, you can scan the two-dimensional code on the work instruction and simultaneously check the previous history, including photos and videos of the last defects.
