Features - High Heat Resistance Based on polyethersulfone with a glass transition temperature of 220°C, it maintains its properties even in high-temperature environments. It is also promising as a PEEK alternative. - High Rigidity and Strength The incorporation of carbon fibers achieves mechanical properties capable of supporting high-load components and structures. - Excellent Dimensional Stability It has minimal expansion and contraction due to temperature and humidity changes, making it ideal for precision and fitting parts. - Chemical Resistance It has high resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents, maintaining performance even in harsh usage environments. - Molding Processability It can be injection molded, achieving lower costs and higher productivity compared to PEEK.
