An ultrasonic gas concentration meter that is actively used in a wide range of fields, including healthcare, electronics, and industry. We have compiled a collection of case studies highlighting selected examples of its adoption.

As greenhouse gases, carbon dioxide, methane, and sulfur hexafluoride (SF6) are mentioned, among which sulfur hexafluoride is widely used in power-related processes and as an insulating gas in semiconductors. In terms of global warming potential, if carbon dioxide is set at 1, sulfur hexafluoride is 22,800. In recent years, efforts have been made by various companies to prevent the release of sulfur hexafluoride into the atmosphere by installing recovery devices and other measures. Our ultrasonic gas concentration meter is incorporated into such recovery devices and is also used for portable measurement of SF6 concentration. Additionally, in Japan, our ultrasonic gas concentration meter is used for measuring the concentration of alternative refrigerants, which are required to be recovered after use under the Freon Recovery and Destruction Law, as it can measure concentrations that other methods cannot.
