Direct sampling is possible even in high-temperature environments due to air drive.
The aspirator block is an air-driven sample suction device. It is used in combination with a sampling probe as a sample introduction tube. By screwing the TB-II G sensor into the sensor mounting port and installing it on the short pipe or flange that has been constructed at the measurement location, air is introduced, and the sample gas is suctioned from the tip of the probe. There are two methods for discharging the sample gas: atmospheric release type and return type, which can be selected according to the equipment. It can be installed in a horizontal to vertical orientation. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Gas Analyzers may be unfamiliar products to most people, but they are actually used in places very close to our everyday lives. For example, in medical settings they are needed to manage the oxygen concentration in ventilators. Bags of snacks and food are filled with nitrogen to prevent oxidation, and gas concentration management is essential for controlling that filling process as well. In addition, they are used for environmental protection purposes such as analyzing vehicle exhaust gas and managing combustion at incineration plants, and their role has been expanding in recent years. By continuing to develop high-quality gas analyzers that fulfill these important roles, Daiichi Nekken aims to contribute to the earth, people, and society.
