It is challenging for fuel cells to react all the supplied hydrogen at once, and unreacted hydrogen is circulated for reuse, resulting in high-temperature and high-humidity conditions in the circulation section. Traditionally, it was not possible to measure flow rate and concentration simultaneously under high humidity, making it difficult to understand the state of hydrogen and optimize power generation control.
