We would like to introduce the construction achievements of 2×4 houses at our wooden factory, Kowa Manufacturing, which operates with a fully integrated system from the design and manufacturing of press molds to press processing, assembly, and shipping. The first floor consists of a processing factory and a warehouse, while the second floor includes a conference room, office, material storage area (81.94 tsubo), and a workshop (116.44 tsubo), allowing for ample material storage. The concept is coexistence and intergenerational exchange! A layout plan where each department is connected by a corridor.

We would like to introduce our construction achievements of 2×4 houses at the wooden welfare facility, Altea headquarters. The layout plan features entrances for each department on both the east and west sides, connected by a corridor. Each department faces the courtyard (Altea Garden), allowing glimpses of activities specific to each department through the courtyard. The interior materials use cedar boards from Tokushima Prefecture! Significantly reduces initial and running costs of the equipment.

We would like to introduce our construction achievements of 2×4 houses in a wooden rice storage warehouse. This rice storage warehouse maintains a constant temperature of 13°C. With a high airtightness and high insulation specification, combined with a household air conditioner, the energy-saving design reduces electricity costs for air conditioning to one-third of the usual amount, significantly lowering both initial and running costs of the equipment. Additionally, the interior materials use cedar boards from Tokushima Prefecture. This "wooden structure + wooden interior + energy-saving" design results in a large wooden storage warehouse that is environmentally friendly. 【Case Overview】 ■ Construction Period: July 2021 ■ Structure: Wooden single-story warehouse ■ Total Floor Area: 566.42 m² (171.34 tsubo) ■ Foundation: Continuous foundation, with the foundation and floor slab (with reinforcement) poured as a single unit, no underground beams ■ Wooden Structure: Walls are 206, and the roof structure achieves a maximum span of 20m using LVL truss construction ■ Construction Duration: Actual working days 9 (from foundation to completion of structural frame) *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

We would like to introduce the construction achievements of 2×4 houses at the Docomo Shop Nagahama Route 8 store. This commercial facility is a wooden building using "JAS structural materials." The roof employs a "truss structure" that combines components in a triangular shape, creating a spacious interior. Reduce electricity consumption by up to 1/4 with solar power! Achieve heating and cooling for the entire building with 5 home air conditioners.

We would like to introduce our construction achievements of 2×4 houses at the Shigawood headquarters. The structure, characterized by the high airtightness and high insulation of the 2x4 construction method, is thoroughly implemented. We simulate the heating and cooling consumption based on weather data and mechanical heat quantities, setting the size of windows and insulation performance. Additionally, a spacious atrium structure from the ground floor to the second floor allows for the entire building to be heated and cooled with five household air conditioning units.
