This time, we will introduce the shutter control product from the five control functions that characterize this product: electric shutters, lighting/dimming, locking, air conditioning, and surveillance cameras. The frogRelay (relay product) allows for the on/off control and opening/closing of electric shutters, electric blinds, and electric roller curtains at regular intervals or using the astro function, which enables settings such as gradually closing the roller curtains 30 minutes before sunset, depending on the time of year. This is a contour control device for Precitec cutting heads. It integrates the "EG8010," "EG8030," or "EG8050" contour sensor amplifiers and the "I/O board" for laser focus position control into a single unit. PID control refers to a control method used for applications such as temperature control. After setting a target value, it reads the current value with a sensor and automatically adjusts to get closer to the target value. For example, consider the issues with traditional on-off operation. A familiar example is the bimetallic electric kotatsu. In the on-off operation of the electric kotatsu, the temperature rises to 100% output until it reaches the target temperature, and then it drops to 0% when it exceeds the set temperature, causing the temperature to decrease. However, this often leads to overshooting or undershooting from the target temperature, resulting in a control outcome that oscillates and does not achieve ideal temperature regulation. While the simplicity of the structure allows for a cost-effective setup, these issues also exist.
