On-site regular inspection support! Introducing cases that support analog and pulse input from multiple sensors.
We would like to introduce a case study on the implementation of the "Environmental Radiation Monitoring System" by Kachou Corporation.
Since the interfaces for the rain gauge, tipping bucket rain gauge, wind direction, and wind speed sensors are respectively a voltage-free make contact, two-contact type, encoder, and magnetic pulse, individual calculations are required for the analog signal's AD conversion and gateway.
To address this issue, we devised a solution to design and produce a board that can handle the analog signals from the meteorological sensors.
【Issues Addressed】
■ Since the interfaces for the rain gauge, tipping bucket rain gauge, wind direction, and wind speed sensors are respectively a voltage-free make contact, two-contact type, encoder, and magnetic pulse, individual calculations are required for the analog signal's AD conversion and gateway.
■ Local verification of sensor data values is necessary during regular inspections.
