We would like to introduce a case where we performed cleaning of the internal circuits of a cooling unit at the request of an automotive parts manufacturer. Rust and dirt inside the circuits were obstructing the flow. While the amount of dirt was not excessive, some clumps of rust were observed. We would like to introduce the effects of the "Raiden Unit" handled by FPC Co., Ltd. We conducted a "cooling test using the evaporative heat of the layered FAN cover" by using a towel that has been heated with hot water and thoroughly wrung out to simulate the underwear or skin surface when sweating. A cooling unit was placed in the center of the towel, and a temperature sensor was attached to the heat-absorbing plate. As a result of the test, the surface temperature of the back, where the heat-absorbing plate directly contacts, showed a cooling effect of approximately -10°C within 5 minutes.
