Despite its compact size of just 5mm square, it is suitable for use in high-temperature ranges, making it ideal for heating applications in limited spaces. (2) ■ Small Aluminum Nitride Heater UltraMic(R) (Rapid Heating Type) This heater uses a highly heat-conductive aluminum nitride substrate and is available in a series that can handle temperatures of 400℃ and 600℃. It features a fast startup and excellent responsiveness to temperature changes, making it suitable for applications involving rapid temperature fluctuations.
