The Dyno-Mill is the world's first fully sealed, horizontal microbead mill, particularly suitable for precise wet grinding and dispersion. Because it is composed of highly precise components, even when parts are replaced due to wear, the machine's accuracy does not decrease. In the horizontal design, the dispersion media is hardly affected by gravity, allowing for an ideally uniform distribution within the cylinder. Furthermore, it enables high-density filling of the dispersion media up to 80-85%, and with the high peripheral speed of the discs, it offers performance several times that of vertical sand mills. The dispersion media can include glass beads, zircon beads, zirconia beads, steel balls, etc., depending on the viscosity, specific gravity of the material being processed, and the required particle size for grinding and dispersion, with sizes ranging from 0.1 mm to 3.0 mm depending on the model. Optimal dispersion and grinding conditions can be achieved through a combination of factors such as the type and size of the beads, filling amount, disc peripheral speed, and pump flow rate.
