The "Hygromaster I.P. Type" is a cooling dehumidifier designed to handle high-temperature air intake. By performing primary cooling with a cooling tower (cooling water) and secondary cooling with chiller cold water, it reliably separates and discharges condensate. It can be manufactured to suit applications with a dew point under pressure ranging from approximately 2°C to 30°C. The pressure drop remains below 0.015 MPa initially and is maintained over the long term, resulting in lower compressor power costs, making it economical. The "Hygromaster -α°DP Type" is a device that performs cooling and dehumidification using cooling towers. By utilizing the difference between the wet bulb temperature and the dry bulb temperature of the outside air, the air (compressed air) is cooled below the outside air humidity using cooling water that is cooled close to the wet bulb temperature. It completely separates the generated drain and supplies drain-free air. Easily create ultra-low humidity air. This device uses a dehumidification rotor containing silica gel, which rotates at low speed to adsorb moisture from the air and dehumidify it. By continuously rotating the rotor, it repeats dehumidification and regeneration (desorption), allowing for a continuous supply of low-humidity air. Therefore, it is possible to efficiently stabilize the indoor air environment. The dry cell basically consists of a dehumidification rotor, a drive unit, an air filter, a regeneration heater, a regeneration fan, and a processing fan.
