We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of a dedicated equipment for bean sprouts to a bean sprout manufacturer in Shizuoka Prefecture. Due to an increase in production volume, there was a need to upgrade the dewatering machine, which led to our consultation. To achieve a 2.5 times increase in production volume, we proposed not only upgrading the dewatering machine but also renewing the crusher and conveyor.
