[Case Study] Shizuoka Prefecture Craft Whiskey Maker
Layout the hopper and dewatering machine in parallel! We will propose a design that fits within the specified space.
We would like to introduce a case where a malt-specific device was installed for a craft whiskey maker in Shizuoka Prefecture. Due to the production of over one ton of malt residue at a time, they faced challenges such as increased industrial waste costs and odor issues caused by decay. Given the limited installation space, we proposed a layout that arranged the hopper and dewatering machine in parallel to fit within the designated area. 【Overview】 ■ Challenges - Increased industrial waste costs and odor issues due to decay ■ Results - Proposed a layout that arranged the hopper and dewatering machine in parallel to fit within the designated space - While not completely eliminating, it is possible to somewhat suppress the odor of decaying malt residue through dewatering - The malt after dewatering is converted into feed, adopting an eco-feed system *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
