We would like to introduce a case study of the "Microgel Deodorizer," a super high molecular compound deodorant that is harmless to the human body and odorless, and can be customized individually. 【Case Study】 ■ A certain major ink manufacturing factory ■ Objective: Significant reduction of the sour odor released from the exhaust line outlet of the heat storage deodorization system ■ Method: Installation of a spray system to aerosolize a 50-fold diluted solution of "Microgel Customized Agent" within the duct ■ Target deodorization value for acetic acid odor: 98% As a result of measuring the concentration of the odor component of acetic acid, the original odor level was 15.0, which decreased to 0.3 after deodorization, achieving a removal rate of 98% for the acetic acid odor that was the source of complaints. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Introducing the installation case of the "Microgel Deodorizer," a harmless and odorless super polymer compound deodorizer that can be customized individually. At a certain major food manufacturer's factory in Kanagawa, we resolved complaints from the neighborhood that had arisen while using their existing scrubber system, and additionally reduced annual maintenance costs to one-tenth. 【Case Study】 ■ Major food manufacturer in Kanagawa ■ Problem: The owned scrubber deodorization system was ineffective 【Countermeasures】 ■ Change of agents - The main causes of the foul odor are methyl sulfide and methyl mercaptan, which account for over 90% of the total foul odor. - By changing the agent to "strong oxidizing water," which is most effective in removing the main causative components, the total foul odor is significantly reduced. ■ Change in operational methods - A contact time of more than 2 seconds is required for the removal of the main causes. Removing only the substances causing foul odors! Introducing examples of the installation of "microgel deodorants"!

We would like to introduce a case study of the "Microgel Deodorant," a super high molecular compound deodorant that is harmless and odorless to the human body and can be customized individually. At a certain composting facility in Hyogo Prefecture, we used microgel to minimize the cost of deodorization equipment while resolving over 1,000 complaints about unpleasant odors that occurred annually. To eliminate all the different bipolar (basic and acidic) odors generated in each fermentation process, costs for both equipment and running expenses can reach several tens of millions of yen. Therefore, we used the microgel deodorant to focus on removing the odors that were causing the complaints.
