We would like to introduce a case study regarding the introduction of our deodorizing device, [SD-04], at The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda. Before the introduction, there were issues with lingering scents from customers' perfumes. This was particularly common with international guests, many of whom use perfume, leading to cases where the scent remained in the room. There were guest rooms that could not accept reservations due to the lingering scent problem, but by using our device, improvements were made, and such issues decreased. [Case Overview] ■ Challenges - With the easing of entry restrictions, many guests began to visit, increasing the problem of lingering scents. ■ Results - The deodorizing effect is strong, so there were guest rooms that could not accept reservations due to lingering scents, but by using the Haru Industry device, improvements were made, and such issues decreased.
