Hemming is a method of shaping metal sheets by rotating them to form a rotational body shape. We have various processing achievements in the field of industrial equipment parts. <Examples of Processing Achievements> Servo covers, trays, custom parts, etc. One feature of this processing is that the initial investment (such as mold costs) requires a concave mold for press molds, while hemming only requires a convex mold. The cost of a hemming mold starts from 20,000 yen, while a press mold starts from 250,000 yen (for simple shapes), making the initial investment very low and suitable for small-batch production of various types.
