Introduction of case studies for problem-solving: "Scrubber"

No pump needed! Energy-saving wet dust collector "Scrubber"

There was a competition to develop new products for a bento factory, and one of the factories developed a device to actually grill meat over charcoal for a new charcoal-flavored bento. There was a problem where a large amount of smoke and sparks were generated when the meat was grilled, and the mission was to propose a device to eliminate that. To solve the problem, we used a scrubber test machine to actually suck in the smoke and confirm its effectiveness. This revealed the following issues: 1. Airflow: If the suction is too strong, the smoking effect is reduced, and the meat does not acquire the charcoal flavor. 2. Sparks: If sparks adhere to the oil in the duct, there is a possibility of causing a duct fire. 3. The scrubber body becomes hot, posing a risk of burns. We solved these problems using the following methods and confirmed their effectiveness: 1. Airflow: We adjusted the airflow to a level where smoke filled the hood of the charcoal grilling machine but did not overflow outside. The smoke did not leak outside, and the charcoal smoking effect on the meat was optimal. 2. Sparks: By passing water through the scrubber, we were able to effectively extinguish the sparks. 3. We installed a burn prevention plate at the entrance of the scrubber body. Thanks to our efforts, our scrubber was adopted.

Case Study on Trouble Resolution: "Noise Complaints"

We will solve your noise problems.

Do you have any concerns about noise? 1. The dust collector used to operate quietly, but recently, I've become aware of the noise. 2. There were no residential areas near the factory, so it wasn't an issue, but recently, as more houses have been built, complaints have started to come in. The causes of noise can include deterioration of rotating parts (such as bearings) in the exhaust fan of the dust collection equipment, damage to ducts, and imbalances in airflow. If the dust collector is not inspected for a long time, you may not notice any abnormalities until the damage worsens, leading to repairs that incur unnecessary costs. Here are some solutions to these problems! - Replace the parts that are causing the noise. - Adjust the airflow to ensure it is uniform. - Repair ducts and other components. - Install a soundproof box covered with sound-absorbing and soundproofing materials. (This prevents noise from leaking outside.) Why not investigate the cause of the noise with a regular inspection? Our company offers inspection services. Please contact us for more details!

[Case Study] Want to suction from moving objects.

Local suction is more efficient and allows for smaller equipment! A case study on the introduction of moving ducts.

When processing in a large area, the sources of dust and other particles move, so we will introduce a case of local suction while moving the suction inlet. For example, in the process of cutting large steel plates with lasers or plasma at a shipyard (a large factory), it is necessary to collect dust from a wide area. Local suction at the cutting point (the source) is more efficient and allows for smaller equipment, which can reduce both initial and running costs. [Overview] ■ Issues - When processing in a large area, the sources of dust and other particles move. ■ Countermeasures - Introduction of moving ducts. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.

Technical Information: Dust Collector Fault Diagnosis

Diagnosing the cause based on symptoms such as "completely stopped inhaling" and "poor inhalation."

We will introduce the fault diagnosis of dust collection devices. Diagnosis will be conducted based on symptoms such as "it has completely stopped sucking," "suction has become poor," and "the load current suddenly decreased." For example, possible causes for "decreased dust collection efficiency" include air leaks from the dust outlet or malfunction of the eliminator (water removal device). *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
