Introducing a case study where exhaust gases have been cleaned up, significantly reducing odors as well!
There were issues with the disposal of exhaust gas after cleaning, which contained film gloss wax components.
Therefore, various spray nozzles were used in the exhaust gas inflow section of the wet dust collector to increase the particle size of the target substances through forced humidification of the entire gas, thereby improving the dust collection capability of the wet dust collector.
After the installation of the equipment, the exhaust gas became cleaner, and there were no complaints from nearby residents, along with a significant reduction in odor.
[Problems]
- The vaporized oil had a very small particle size, making it a very difficult substance to process unless it mixed efficiently with water.
- When washing gas containing oil with water, there were issues with wastewater, and depending on the situation, there was a risk of exceeding environmental regulatory limits.
