High-efficiency dust collection without the need for a pump. Types that are less prone to clogging, etc. A wide variety of capacities available.
The "RCW type/RCWN type" is a stainless steel wet dust collection device that achieves high-efficiency dust collection work without using power sources like pumps. It enables efficient dust collection even for dust with odors, heat, and humidity, as well as combustible hazardous materials. It offers a "scraper type" with a low risk of clogging and a "fan-equipped type" that does not require the installation of a blower. Additionally, there is a wide range of capacities available, allowing for implementation tailored to specific applications and scales. 【Features】 ■ No power source required, such as pumps ■ High dust collection efficiency ■ Low pressure loss (around 130mmH2O under standard conditions, with options below 100mmH2O) ■ The discharge slurry concentration is maintained at around 2-3% through supplementary water ■ Stainless steel scrubber (FRP lining is also available) *For more details, please refer to the materials or feel free to contact us.
