We will introduce a case where the use of "Presscale" maintained high drawing quality through pressure uniformity during the thermal fixing process in the electrophotographic thermal fixing section. The thermal fixing is performed by passing paper between a heating roll and a pressure roll, but if the pressure is not uniform between the heating and pressure rolls, partial fixing failures or paper wrinkling can occur. By using Presscale, it is possible to check just by nipping the rollers, and reactions can also be confirmed during the heating and fixing process, which can reduce the time and effort for defect analysis and adjustments.
