High cast finish, product inspection, delivery.

We will cut off the dam and burrs, polish the product, and deliver it.

We cut off the burrs and fins and polish the products. We use a sander to remove the burrs and fins and polish the products as needed. Most of this work is still done manually, and improving efficiency is one of the major challenges. However, this process also plays an important role as an initial inspection. Visual inspections and sound tests are conducted for all items, and marking inspections are performed as necessary for initial products or customer requests. Additionally, we are equipped with facilities for ultrasonic testing and magnetic particle testing, and we conduct hardness measurements, microstructure verification, and penetrant testing as needed. Deliveries are made using our own 3-ton trucks, charter services, or consolidated shipments. Furthermore, depending on the product, some undergo processes such as annealing, shot blasting, rust prevention painting, plating, and machining before shipment.

Processing technology "Polishing-free turning finish processing" *Case study introduction in progress

We have a track record of achieving Rz 0.4μm or less with non-grinding turning finishing.

Our company offers a "polish-free turning finishing process" that finishes metal surfaces with turning operations alone, without any polishing or lapping, resulting in scratch-free surfaces. We have numerous examples of successfully finishing outer diameters from approximately Φ100mm to Φ20mm with an Rz of 0.4μm or less, as well as long materials finished to Rz1.0μm. Our ultra-precision mirror surface processing technology eliminates the need for polishing and lapping processes, reducing the number of steps and improving yield, contributing to lower costs, shorter lead times, and enhanced quality. 【Features】 ■ Proven results achieving surface roughness of Rz0.4μm or less through turning ■ Capable of finishing without scratches or traverse marks ■ Contributes to reduced lead times and lower costs through fewer processing steps *For more details, please refer to the "PDF Download" for documentation. If you have concerns about finishing small sizes or processed products, please feel free to contact us.

Hail finish processing, casting and metal machining (CMR)

The process of refining while checking the thickness of chips below 0.01mm is truly a "master's skill."

At our company, we continue our activities with the desire to utilize various technologies and equipment more broadly and to contribute to Japan's manufacturing by providing our technology and skills as "products." Hale Finishing The finishing method using a spring neck type hale bite is the identity of Hanshin. By processing at low speeds, the roundness is comparable to grinding, and it allows for approaches to depths that cannot be handled by grinding machines. By carefully confirming the thickness of chips below 0.01mm, we refine our techniques with meticulous attention to detail, resulting in high satisfaction among many customers. *Repairs of damaged off-the-shelf products are also possible. 【Equipment (excerpt)】 ■ 5 Crankshaft Lathes (2 NC machines) ■ 5 Crank Pin Lathes (1 NC machine) ■ 5 NC Five-Sided Machining Centers ■ 4 Long-Length Lathes (2 NC machines) ■ 13 NC Machining Centers *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Photo Mask Example] Edge finishing process after glass cutting

By applying finishing processes, the taper is removed, improving both appearance and dimensional accuracy!

When requesting a photomask outside of the standard specifications, it is common practice to draw it on a material that is at least one size larger and then cut it down to the desired size. In this case, the scribe cut typically handled in-house involves using a diamond cutter to create a scribe line (a narrow, shallow groove) before breaking it apart, which inevitably results in a taper at the cut edge. Occasionally, this taper is undesirable, and in such cases, we have relied on external vendors with specialized equipment for cutting. This time, to handle it in-house, we introduced a finishing process using a drilling machine to remove the taper. By applying this finishing process, the taper is eliminated, improving both appearance and dimensional accuracy. Additionally, since costs and time previously incurred for outsourcing are reduced, we believe that if the specifications allow for in-house handling, it can provide advantages in terms of cost and delivery time. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*

Takamatsu-style technique: High-speed finishing processing of SUS304.

It has been confirmed that simply setting the cutting speed slightly higher leads to significant wear progression!

Stainless steel, which has been positioned as a difficult-to-machine material, has become capable of stable processing in mass production due to the enhancement of processing data and dedicated tools. However, there are still few published materials regarding high-speed machining, making it difficult to transition to mass production processing. This document aims to serve as a reference by introducing the high-speed machinability in the finishing processing domain using SUS304, which is frequently used among stainless steels. We encourage you to read it. 【Contents】 ■ Experiment 1: Confirmation of wear progression ■ Experiment 2: Verification of suitable tools for high-speed machining ■ Experiment 3: Breaking boundary wear ■ Summary *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Finishing process for 3D printed products

Finishing, polishing, layer step removal, and visualization (transparency) of metal and resin products!

The finishing of 3D printed parts using blasting can significantly reduce time compared to manual work, and the fine special media can reach into small grooves and recessed areas, allowing for precise processing of various shapes such as uneven surfaces, internal channels, and embossed surfaces that would otherwise be difficult to handle with tools. Additionally, it is possible to finish without flattening the unevenness, while maintaining dimensions, similar to sandpaper. Are you struggling with issues like "finishing takes too much time by hand," "tools can't reach fine gaps for polishing," or "there's variability in the shape after finishing"? At Fuji Seisakusho, we also offer contract processing services for removing layer step differences, visualization, and polishing after forming. For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Processing Case Examples] Automotive Parts and Machinery Parts Manufacturing Industry (Piping Components)

A case where precision evaluation was achieved at minimal cost without unnecessary material loss or reprocessing!

We would like to introduce a case where we were able to confidently place an order because we confirmed the quality of the mirror finish during the prototype stage in the automotive and machinery parts manufacturing industry. We faced the challenge of not being able to find a processing facility capable of achieving mirror-level aluminum machining. By processing from the prototype stage to the final product using the same equipment and under the same conditions, we ensured stable finishes. Being able to confirm the finish during the prototype stage made internal decision-making smoother and significantly improved procurement speed. [Case Summary] ■ Background: Unable to find a processing facility capable of achieving mirror-level aluminum machining ■ Effect: The ability to confirm quality in advance lowered the barriers to placing orders ■ Equipment Used: Universal Compact Machining Center (5-axis indexing) ・Model: U500Xd1 ・Manufacturer: Brother *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
