Nakamura Iron Works is a company that specializes in machining various metal parts, starting with stainless steel flanges (pipe fittings) used in piping joints. Our strength lies in our ability to consistently handle a wide range of sizes from 10mm to 2000mm in-house, and due to our long-standing experience with stainless steel products, we can offer competitive pricing from materials to finished products.
Focusing on the processing of difficult-to-machine materials, we excel in high-precision machining and have established a production system for small lots of various types, ensuring careful processing. We conduct initial inspections, interim inspections, and final inspections for all products, keeping thorough records. Furthermore, we have implemented a rigorous pre-shipment inspection system, including visual inspections, to ensure the maintenance of quality.
To foster the development of our technical staff, we continuously conduct in-house and external training aimed at improving machining technology, including repeated prototyping and testing to challenge ourselves with diverse metal processing.
We are shifting our focus towards high-quality, special processing and larger-scale production that can only be manufactured in Japan, while also expanding into the production and assembly of related products.
