Continuous gas measurement is possible! We have various materials such as SUS316Ti and PVC (polyvinyl chloride).

Our company handles "volumetric flow meters" used for gas measurement. The measuring drum inside the main body is divided into four chambers with a spiral structure, and about two-thirds of the total volume of the drum is filled with sealing liquid (oil, water, etc.). The gas that flows in from the back of the drum displaces the sealing liquid in the drum, sequentially pushing up each chamber. This volume movement serves as the power to rotate the measuring drum, and the rotational motion is transmitted to the mechanical counter (totalizer) on the front of the main body via a counter-rotating magnetic coupling. 【Measurement Principle】 ■ Gas enters the first measuring chamber through the central gas inlet pipe. ■ The first measuring chamber fills with gas and rises. ■ The first measuring chamber is in a completely filled state. ■ Next, gas begins to fill the second measuring chamber. ■ By repeating this operation sequentially, continuous gas measurement is possible. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
