It all started with just two reverse seaters, "ROLLFIX." With business expansion, two industrial lines, "IMPRESSA pizza," were introduced.
Currently, Dermaris, based in Rietberg, Germany, started as a small pizzeria in town producing frozen pizza dough with two reverse seaters called "ROLLFIX." The company has now expanded to operate two industrial lines called "IMPRESSA pizza," evolving into a business that produces finger foods and convenience products for commercial use.
The catalyst for the business expansion was the launch of pizza rolls for the convenience industry. At that time, pizza rolls were not yet available in retail, and the company recognized this opportunity. This strategy proved successful, leading to the introduction of the "IMPRESSA pizza" line to further expand their product lineup. In addition to popular pizzas with soft, fluffy dough and freshly made fillings and toppings, they also produce various sizes and shapes of rolls, focaccia, and vegan sticks. Moving forward, they aim to develop products that focus on the diversity and convenience of bakery products (chilled and MAP distribution).
